The platform standardizes product features as custom options so that the customers can quickly “customize” the product online and make an immediate purchasing decision.
4Sourcing was founded by branded merchandise veterans who have 30 combined years of product development and over 10 years of web application (software) development experience.
As a new startup company, we are now seeking passionate partners who are ready to bring the customer the global or local resource to “clicks away”!

会计职位：
Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm （ 1 hour lunch break )  

Job Responsibilities:  
The Junior Accountant is going to plan, execute, and manage the daily accounting jobs for 4Sourcing and its affiliates that includes invoices, cost, and expense approval, payment planning, QuickBook Bank Reconciliation, and monthly and annual financial reports.

Requirement:  
1. Authorized to work in the U.S.  
2. 3 years of relevant experiences is a must  
3. Fluent in both English and Chinese.  
4. Live within 30 minutes drive.
5. Efficient in Quickbook and Tax return preparation.  

Salary Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Paid time off and paid holidays

出纳职位：
周一至周五 8am - 5pm ( 午休1小时）
工作职责：
1. 根据合同审核收支发票，确认开票金额正确
2. 安排每周付款以及工资发放
3. 会计安排的相关工作

要求：
1. 大专学历，简单英文看懂即可，听说无要求
2. 最好有2年以上相关工作经验，无经验亦可，只要工作认真负责。
3. 有国内或者美国会计从业资格更优
4. 对数字敏感，做事小心谨慎
5. 有长久工作计划 （短工勿扰，望守承诺，尊重大家时间）
薪资待遇 Hourly Pay: $16-17 / 小时，试工90天

订单管理职位：
周一至周五，8：00 - 5：00 （ 午休1小时）
工作内容：
1. 负责全部生产单的计划，排单，呈交仓库，确保每日订单按时生产出货。
2. 打单，打SHIPPING LABEL和装箱单
3. 管理进出库数据，制作库存位置图
4. 监控海运/空运入库货物动态，及时报备仓库做好接收准备。
5. 提交退货检测报告
6. 协调衔接生产与客服部门，确保异常订单及时处置。
7. 经理安排的其他工作 （本职位非纯文职，繁忙时，需要参与产线）

要求：
1.大专以上学历，要求理工类专业背景，熟悉并喜爱电子产品
2. 数字能力强，准确性高，注重细节。会使用Photoshop者优先
3. 英文四级或以上，能够适应中英文双语工作环境。
4. 有一年打单制单基础经验。会使用FEDEX/ UPS发货系统，会安排LTL FREIGHT发货
5. 要求结果导向，注重效率，积极主动，事事有交代
6. 有合法工作身份

薪资待遇 Hourly Pay: $16-20 / 小时，试工90天。如可胜任主管职能，有升职机会。
